Accessibility statement

The Reading Elevation Blueprint serves families of every kind of learner, so our website and parent portal should work for every kind of visitor. We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

What we have done

  • A “Skip to main content” link and a single main landmark on every page.
  • Full keyboard operation, with a clearly visible focus indicator on every control.
  • Descriptive text alternatives for images, and labels on every form field.
  • Accessible names on icon-only buttons, and status messages announced to screen readers.
  • Text and background colors checked for contrast, with no meaning carried by color alone.
  • Layouts that reflow on small screens, support pinch zoom, and honor reduced-motion settings.

Known limitations

  • Some prerecorded videos do not yet have captions. We publish a written summary alongside each video and are adding captions as videos are re-published.
  • The voice reading assessment relies on recording audio. If that is not workable for your child, email us and we will complete the placement conversation another way.
  • A small number of third-party embeds (booking, checkout, reviews) are outside our direct control. Tell us if one blocks you and we will help you complete the step directly.

Report a barrier

If any part of this site or the parent portal is difficult to use, please tell us what page you were on and what happened. We aim to reply within 3 business days and to resolve or offer an alternative way to complete the task within 10 business days.

This statement is reviewed as the site changes and was last updated in August 2026.
