• Account information: parent or guardian name, email address, and the child's first name and grade level.
• Program information: session notes, progress observations, attendance records, and any notes you share about your child's learning needs.
• Assessment recordings: if you use the free voice reading assessment, we store the audio recording so our team can review it and provide a recommendation.
• Technical information: basic browser and device data needed to keep the site secure and functional.

• To place your child in the right pod and match them with an educator.
• To deliver live tutoring sessions, progress notes, and program updates.
• To process enrollment requests and send payment links.
• To send The Reading Room newsletter if you choose to subscribe.
• To respond to your questions or support requests.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without a parent or guardian's consent. Parents provide all child-related information through the enrollment and assessment flows. We do not use children's data for advertising or profiling.

Your child's educator, Zoe (the program administrator), and approved operations support staff can access the information they need to run the program. We do not share information with third parties except as required to deliver the service — for example, our scheduling and video-conferencing providers — and only under confidentiality obligations.

We keep program records while your child is actively enrolled and for a reasonable period afterward to support re-enrollment, refunds, or questions. You can request deletion of your account and associated records at any time by emailing us.
