Terms
The Reading Elevation Blueprint provides live, small-group online literacy instruction for kindergarten through 5th grade. Pods are capped at five students. Placement is determined by our assessment and the family's goals, not by grade alone.
Tuition is listed on the enrollment page for each program. Payment links are sent by email after you submit an enrollment request. Full program access, including the parent portal and digital library, begins once tuition is received.
If the first two weeks are not right for your child, tell us and we will make it right — either by moving your child to a better-matched pod or by refunding the unused balance of the program. Deposits for filled pods are transferable to a later cohort.
To request a pod change or refund, email zoeellis.readingelevationbp@gmail.com within the first two weeks of your child's start date.
Sessions are live and interactive. If your child must miss a session, please notify us as soon as possible. Make-up sessions are offered when available but are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to reschedule a session due to educator illness or technical issues.
Families are responsible for a reliable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. We are not responsible for missed sessions due to household technical issues.
We maintain a respectful, distraction-free learning environment. We may remove a student from a pod for repeated disruption or inappropriate behavior, with a prorated refund of unused tuition.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with the last-updated date.
